Regular priority notifications on servers

As for now, you get normal notifications (half-cut circle near server icon and text channel name turns white) or you mute it and get notifications at all. The suggestion is so you could set channels you want to be prioritized notifications, something to look the way @pings do. I.e. if the server you are on has two different channels: you're okay seeing regular notifications of, for example, just a chat channel, and the other channel is something super important you don't want to miss, so you would get prioritized notifications from there.
