Auto Disconnect from Voice Chat with Timer

I’d like an option to Auto Disconnect from Voice Chat after x time without input from you. You can set how much time has to pass before you disconnect. Requesting because there are instances where myself and others are in a voice chat, it’s late at night, and we fall asleep before disconnecting from the chat. It would help if there was an auto disconnect option so at least I know I’ll eventually disconnect from the room.
