Synchronize "Dark Sidebar" Setting

Have the "Dark Sidebar" appearance setting synchronize across clients like the other appearance settings (such as it does when switching from dark theme to light theme or vice versa).

    I only updated my app because this was finally added to desktop, and I stupidly thought it would be cross platform. Fix this! It's listed as accessibility yet is ONLY on desktop...?
