(Feature Request) Option to silence messages we send

I've been wanting this feature for a bit.

Can we have an option to send silent messages to people? If I'm sending TONS of messages to someone at night, they're probably sleeping, and I don't know whether or not they have their notifications on.

So, TL;DR: Basically a Do Not Disturb for sending.

  i agree, sometimes one of my friends is very busy & i don't wanna disturb them or ping them but still wanna send a dm, this feature would be really helpful to some people

  Exactly! - My friends, family, and I are in different time zones and have different work schedules. It would be nice to send them notes that I know won't interrupt their sleep or work schedules.

  I use discord to talk with my work colleagues, and if I'm doing some extra work on the weekends I want to have the messages ready for them to read on Monday without ruining their weekend!
