This new layout for highlighting a user on mobile is killing me.

I'm sorry, but this new layout for highlighting a specific user either in DMs or in chat is awful, mainly because this only increases the chance of me calling someone else by accident. For those who have no clue of what I'm talking about, it's this: https://i.postimg.cc/DySmsmWY/20191025-214416.jpg Please let there be an option that changes it back to the old layout that didn't have "Call" blasted onto my screen as a big button.
