You can add Nitro Rewards, exemple: nitro(how much you want) if you find a bug, nitro if your server have 5000 people etc.

Rewards for finding a bug? Won't people just abuse that and send in fake, or terribly written bug reports? Rewards for having a big server? Won't that encourage people to make 'free nitro for 2 invites' scam servers, so they have a big server? 1 -
There are rewards for finding bugs already Depending on type: Security related bug: cash, merch, maybe BH badge Standard: xp that you can spend in DiscordTesters store for merch and nitro and eventually grind badge Free nitro for large servers would just encourage spamming, scamming amd unsolicited advertising 3 -
Server size is definitely a non-starter for something like this. 1 -

Não consigo entrar e um servidor ou um grupo e não consigo criar um servidor estou com esse problema a 3 dias e até agora não consigo resolver, meus amigos fizeram um grupo e falaram que tentaram me colocar e não ia
Antes desse problema tinha outro que saia do grupo sem motivo só saia sozinho
