Mass message delete
I think in a few instances it would've been helpful to be able to mass delete messages from your DM's without having to go through each and single one out of 10k+ messages individually. If there is an issue with someone possibly wanting to quickly remove their messages that might or might not be a violation of Discord's TOS, then maybe an option for visibly deleting them for only the account on which it happens? (Facebook does that. Deleted messages visible for "you" are gone from the chatlogs no matter where you log in so long as it's the same account that performed the action) It would still leave evidence of violation on the other side, and could also allow deletion of messages from the other party without the other party actually suffering any chatlog losses (unless they'd decide to remove them from their account as well).

Agreed! Especially after this new round of hacking coming from people's friends lists, we need a way to mass delete messages in the case of someone hacking a friend's account and having access to all our old messages and potentially private information from unaffected users.
(ETA: Specifically we need a mass delete option for DMs/private messages.)

Pretty sure you can switch off Message History for that compromised user and they wont have access to previous messages anymore. You could also just delete the old channel and create new channel to replace it.

Unfortunately, that doesn't work for DMs. The only way to delete messages in DMs is to manually remove them one by one.
