Upgrade limit of MB with level 1 boost

I have a small server, but with a lot of things, and one of the things, is a YouTube of the server. You upload a video, and this video can be react and more. The server has level 1 of boost. The YouTube of server is a bit bad because of 8 MB limit. My suggestion is up the limit in level 1 to 15-25 MB, or something like 20.
