Facebook Templates and Tabs: Discord Tab Integration Feature

Similar to MailChimps email signup feature, the integration would allow for a Tab to be shown on the left-hand side of the chosen Page, opening up a 'Join Server' prompt.

This would make communities and servers more discoverable through platform interconnectivity.

PS: I've searched the Discord blog and various forums and sites, like Zapier and IFTTT, and haven't found any such similar request.
