Turning off / Disabling screenshare

In group dm's, we always have some people with cams or with screenshare on. I find this annoying as it lags my pc, but they still want to have it on. That is why i think we need the ability to disable screenshare. Either entirely or just a specific persons share.

  This would also help immensely for those with bad internet, like me.
