Announcement Channels For All

I would suggest giving all discord servers the ability to create an announcement channel, this would be extremely useful.

  Just create a new channel and set it up so that only you can send messages in the channel.

  That would create a lot of traffic for the Discord Servers, due to webhook requests but yea it would be quite nice to have.

  Yeah. And maybe only the Follow feature would be only for Partnered, Verified, Hypesquad Coordinator, Developer servers.
