Mute Application Window separately to Voice

My friends and I have a Group open in which we all play together and also watch Youtube sometimes. Now the problem is that when I Share my Youtube with sound on and someone does not want to hear it he has to mute me completely in which case I can't be heard by the others. It would be neat to add a feature to mute a friend's Application Window separately from their voice.
