Add ability to flip emojis horizontally and vertically

Please add a command to flip emojis horizontally and vertically.

 

For example, if I want the :dash: emoji to face the other way; I could add ",h" to the :dash: emote to flip it horizontally. :dash,h: and same for vertically :dash,v:

    I arrived at a conclusion that presumably the same as the one that lead to this request: the increased potential for emotive expression is great. If the Unicode Consortium won't, then it falls on us to show mankind the worth of this innovation. Such wonders we will work with our newly-reversible limbs, faces, tools and more.

    Implementation details, like notation, are unimportant. Discord's own team of developers is in a better position to decide on those than we. What is important is that it is done.
