Option to change layout of user pictures and video in calls

It would be nice to be able to rearrange pictures in a call. Often times I'll call my friends and only half of us will be on cam, but then the largest image will be the person who isn't on cam. It would be nice to be able to select different layouts or be able to rearrange the layout of other people in a call.

  Here's an example layout that would be great. In zoom we have the ability to re-size the 'gallery' of video cameras and the game. This is using a slider. In my example I moved the slider to the center of the screen so I can see half of the friends and half of the game.

   

  We currently do this in zoom, but we'd much rather be using discord :-)
