Suggestion to improve visual contrast of channels with new messages in light theme

Currently the distinction between (macOS desktop) light theme channels with and without unread messages is subtle. There is a badge to the left of the channel name, but the background color is the same, and the text of the channel name is only slightly higher contrast. I would recommend either increasing the contrast for channels with new messages, or adding a background highlight (distinct from the active channel highlight), or both. Thanks for considering this, and keep up the great work.

  I do agree with that request! I myself use the dark-theme and it's pretty clear which channel had new notification. When using the light-theme, it's not as clear. An action should definetly be taking to fix this.
