AMOLED optimised mode for PC?

I've tested the AMOLED mode for mobile, and it is definitely something I am going to use for the foreseeable future. 
If this mode can also be made for PC, it would make it easier for me to use discord as the white text on black background is definitely a lifesaver, and makes reading easier for people with various types of visual impairment.
