Creating bots

Making it not so easy to create bots, like a process through discord where they have to accept an update, or the creation of a bot. Reason for is, i've been getting thousands of bots dming me random links of bs, (*Click here to get nitro)* Its gotten so annoying to the point where i had to lock my dms for a few days.
