Bot Invite Link Embed in chat

Whenever you link a bot invite in chat, all it does is show the default embed when you type in https://discordapp.com/, but I feel like it would be better if these were built into discord, much like how server invites are handled, I've made a few mock up images to show what I mean

To the right is the application logo, the embed colour is the average colour of all the main colours on the application logo, the top is the name of the application, the middle is the description of the application and the bottom says 1 of 2 things. "Part of the «Development Team Name» team" or "Owned by «Account Name and Tag the Application is Registered to»"
I feel like this is a truly needed change
