Advanced pinging

I think this feature would be super useful for gaming servers. What I am suggesting:
@Overwatch & @here
This ping won't notify everyone who is online or who has role Overwatch, bur will notify ONLY those who are online at that moment AND has Overwatch role. With that feature users wouldn't be pinged when they go online several hours after, when people finished playing and pinging isn't relevant anymore.
With that less people will turn off notifications (because these notifications will always be relevant) and gaming servers will become more effective.

  This needs to happen.  I'm apart of a rather large guild in wow, where we already have a couple dozen tags floating around to keep everything organized, but with the limitation of the current tagging system, we have to frequently ping a bunch of people that don't need to receive a ping, so better ping management is needed.
