Ability to pin a pinned message to the top of the pinned messages pop-up

I like to pin good memes. Everyone does, but when there's something important, we should be able to keep it at the top of the pinned messages pop-up automatically.

  This and/or the ability to re-order/organize existing pins.

  Sometimes you need an important administrative pin to stay the most visible, even when it's from 2018. Currently, the only way to move a pin to the top of the list is to unpin it and then pin it again. This can get annoying when old pins are being replaced with new ones frequently. This happens when the pins feature is used as a replacement for an announcement channel.

   

  P.S. this is in a server with 30+ channels. We're trying to cut down on channels without mixing topics. Each channel exists for specific topics.

  I 100% agree with this. Why isn't this a feature yet?
