/code to quickly add code blocks for people that doesn't have the dedicated character key

People like me that have an Italian keyboard i don't have the dedicated key to write ` so that i can add code blocks. So it would be nice to have a /code <language> command to quickly add it and if the language is present put it as the language of the code snippet.
