Search usernames outside of the servers you're in

I'd like to be able to find people outside of my server list or FaceBook with a simple username search as results pop up while I type the name.

Being able to see servers they are in would be helpful, too. But I can understand why you wouldn't do that. Maybe have a setting in your user settings that enables or prevents people from seeing all servers you're in?
