Nitro Subscribers should be able to upload their own Emotes

I think that Nitro subscribers should be able to upload their own emotes to their account. Currently, we would have to run our own server, often and empty one, and pile our emotes there. Then we can't boost another server. I am a member of other servers but I want to be able to use my emotes that they don't have. Have a Nitro only ability to have your own emotes would be the only reason to keep the subscription, otherwise I might as well cancel.

  Why isn't this already a thing. 
  The Discord Nitro perks heavily implied it was. 
  Which makes me feel that they worded to appear that way but weren't being honest.

  Either way, since they claim you can upload costume emotes on a global scale then they really should do that.
