[Feature request] Timestamp with seconds

Want to ask for a feature that we could see the seconds of a timestamp in a message and/or when mouse over the time of a message. Like this:

 

And hopefully also the power to change to 24h format instead of AM/PM.

    I’m voting to add this, as I’d love to see this implemented not just to Windows, but for mac, Android and iOS etc
