PC user identification

If the people who use Discord in PC can see who use it in mobile, mobile users should be able to know when someone is using it in PC.

  I believe iOS has that feature I would assume Android will get it eventually android is the latest to get some features

  Where you can see your self in a vc on your iOS device not on android unfortunately
