User specific push notifications

Request to add the option to only send push notifications for specific users.

Say I'm in allot of discords and also own a couple of them, I need to be able to communicate with high key members efficiently, so push notifications would be a plus since you always have your phone by your side. But if I turn on push notifications then I litterally get tons of messages which sucks as it one spams my phone, two defeats the purpose of having faster and better contact with high key people as their notifications will get lost in a maze of notifications.

Please discord add this, as me and my friends/partners need it desperately.
