Names flicker when cursor goes between 2 offline names

When looking at a Discord server, if you were to scroll down to the offline users on the right side and put your cursor between 2 names, the 2 names proceed to flicker rapidly back and forth. This behavior is not present when you put your cursor between 2 online users. Just wanted to point this out as a user can accidentally stumble upon this odd looking behavior.
