Inside the web manifest there is no theme_color defined, leaving the titlebar of a chrome app window system-default.

I don't like installing electron apps on my machine, so I prefer to use these platforms like chrome apps.
But when I do this on Discord, the titlebar of the application window is gray (system-default) which does not suit the platform interface default color.

The same feature was requested by @junko 8 months ago (as of 11/29/2019) and I agree with him/her.
