Bot IP Filtering

Allow us to make lists of IPs the bots are available to run from. If the bot starts from an IP not listed it will notify(email) the bot owner of the occurrence and the IP/location. (The notification is necessary but the data such as the IP and location is not.)

  This would be an amazing addition, I had my bots token stolen before so having this would be greatly appreciated

  Edit: Also it would block the bot from sending any API requests if the IP is not in the list of allowed IP's
