having isses posting pics from the internet...but not from folders I have

I've been having issues with copy/paste posting pics from the internet since yesterday/last night. I didn't have issues until last night, however when I post from a folder, the pics appear. I never had this issue before, I use Google Chrome as my browser, which I recently updated. Was wondering whet can be done to resolve this issue
