Feature Request: Keep emoji panel up, even after clicking an emoji (For PC)

Basically what the title says. An example is how it works on phones, where you are able to click the same emoji multiple times without the panel closing every time.

I know I can just copy the emoji name and spam it, but I think making this an option would be nice for some. ALSO please make this is toggle-able, as I know not everyone will want it to work like this. Thank you!

  just press shift while clicking
