Text-to-Speech in DMs (turn off 'user says')

Hello,

I'm seeing-impaired and have just found the text-to-speech ability in Discord, which is wonderful. However, I'd like to use it to chat with a friend in a DM, and it's quite frustrating continually being told "User says" when I know who is talking. I would like to just be able to have a back-and-forth conversation. If you could add a way to disable the "user says" in DMs using TTS, that would be amazing. Thank you :)
