MP3 link previews

Sometimes we send links to an mp3 file, e.g. from a sounboard or other common format (wav, flac), currently we have to open it in a browser where we get the embedded play button, it would be nice if we just had that embedded play button in Discord like we do with uploaded mp3 files as well as most video links, it would make it a lot faster/easier to engage with the other users.
