Level 4 Boost

Would be a good idea to implement a level 4 boost. It requires 40 boosts or 50 to earn it. The features you get might be different when this feature gets somehow accepted. The level 4 will give you following features: = Your server in the server discovery tab = Announcements channels that you can follow = 200 MB Upload Limit for Non-Nitro Members = Non-Nitro members can use animated emotes and emotes from other servers(This will not include a hashtag or animated avatar or a badge or free boost). = 1MBps voice connection. **I WILL ADD MORE SOON**

    For me, Seems OP wants those features themselves since they can't get them? Or wishes they had them for whatever reason? Certain features are locked behind certain programs for a reason. If EVERYONE had them the value would surely be diminished.
