Spoiler tagging

I want to make a suggestion about spoiler tagging, specifically images, .gifs and videos.

When an image, .gif or video is spoiler tagged, it's blurred out and it's marked with "Spoiler", I had the idea to be able to specify this mark, so that you can have a bit of context about what the spoiler is about.
