Enable/Disable option per channel for tagging roles vs users

Would like the ability to enable user-based tags (@user123) while disabling role-based tags (@group1) on a channel-by-channel basis. Use case is a channel that users need to respond to when they are individually tagged, but we get spammed with notifications when people use a role-based tag. Therefore, we want to disable the role-based tags in a specific channel.

    In my server this would be incredibly helpful. Our use case is:

    • We have channels available to everyone; users can mute channels that don't interest them.
    • Users can "opt-in" to notifications on a per-topic basis; topics and channels are roughly one-to-one.
    • As such, tagging "blue" in the "green" channel is discouraged; we'd prefer to disable this outright.
