Discord Account Disabled
My discord account named hamdy#0001 was disabled for a false reason, that I was unaware of. I would hope that I am going to be able to be unbanned, and also, does anyone know how long it takes for them to reply to a email?

Let me explain what is going to happen, what happened to me. You can't get unbanned, say bye to your old account. Support will ignore you 90% of the time or will answer with a bot without any details. See https://support.discordapp.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360055778832-Discord-support-issue

I can confirm, unfortunately. My account was banned last week. I have attempted several tries but to no avail.
If your ticket was responded but signed by "Discord Trust and Safety Team", yeah, that's them saying that they will not re-instate your account. at all. forever.

Hey, well I believe many people are waiting several days and hours to get a reply from the Discord staff and they've just left them which is getting chaotic and stressful for some.. After you get an automated message from your email you have sent or a ticket, you don't get a reply after that for many days which is quite sad. Therefore, I believe they should give atleast 1/2 warnings on their screen about the reason their account could be at risk and then, if their account is gone, bold the days our account is gone for mainly for about 4 days approximately so many staff don't have to deal with arguments etc. If people happen to not follow rules, then yes you should not te-instate the account since that was partially their fault for their actions.

The reason why you are banned from a discord server its because you didn't read the discords TOS and its Community Guidelines That the guidelines are Important. You may banned on discord if you are under the age of 13
