How to tag non-english names(ex. !바다_곰삼십이 #8436)

Hi Discord Team,

 

Is there a way on how to manually tag a specific user even though it is not english/available on my keyboard?

  Hello,

   

  You can mention users using their ID. 

  • <@ID>

  For example: <@223750026654908419>.
