Add socially awkward mode that hides call buttons

I and many other people have been calling people accidentally when we’re checking profiles or group settings. We don’t use the call function on purpose frequently, so having a button right there is just bothersome and puts us in awkward situations. This is why I want a setting where you can toggle the call buttons.
