Suggestion: "Patch notes" for PTB Users

My title may be a bit confusing or vague, but I'll do my best to clarify:
I think it would be really nice to have a place on either the Discord website or within the desktop app where Public Test Build users can see what's currently being tested. I understand if some things want to be kept on the down-low for whatever reason and not have them be known to the testers. My main reason for this suggestion is that I'd love to know what the new features are, be able to test them thoroughly, and be able to give proper feedback on any bugs I find within them or any little things I think could be different to improve "quality of life."

For further clarity, I imagine it could look like the patch notes do now for all users. A simple pop-up that informs anyone with the PTB of some new things Discord is testing, possibly followed by a link to a page to leave feedback on the tested features. It's just a suggestion obviously, but I think it could make the PTB a lot more interesting and worth downloading. :)
