Promote and Demote Rank options

Hello, I simply need to delegate role, in my case, I have a rank of server owners and created a rank: boss owner, who could promote other users to owners. But I would not like to use the manage ranks option as this option allows you to create or delete ranks below it. I would just like to give rank boss owners the option to promote users of other ranks to rank owner. But this Promote or Demote option does not exist in discord inside the ranks permission.

  An alternative to this might be using bots like Dyno or YAGPDB to grant/take roles without the Manage Roles permission.
