Website wont load to reinstall discord

Your website won't load on google chrome, explore and firefox. I was having issues with the app being stuck on updating screen and now it I uninstalled the app to reinstall the app and it wont let me. Very frustrated with this and how hard it is to find where to contact your tech support.
