Cant send any message in dms pls help

    I've had the same issue come up about 20 minutes ago. I can send messages in servers, but can't reply to DM's at all. If it's an issue with Discord, hopefully it'll be resolved soon.

    UPDATE: Turns out messages aren't sending in DM's because Discord is doing an update currently.

    not a single massage is sent, until you reload the discord it...

    I got a problem where I cant DM my friend and were in the same server. Its been happening for months. Discord tells me I have to be in the same server with her but I am in the same server with her.

    Having the same issues too ever since the last update, and almost lost a friend because of it (we're resolving our issues now, after we got our DMs to work again).

     

    What we did was we re-added each other as friends again, and that seemed to work. Idk if it's a temporary fix or not, will edit this again if it reverts back to being weird. Discord really needs to get it fixed, ASAP.

    Uh.. Well the same thing happened to me rn

    I think it's a discord problem, try resetting discord with CTRL + R or closing it and opening it.

     

    It's probably because discord is making an update or something like that, or it just crashed, still it has to be fixed because it's getting pretty annoying.
