cant hear anyone in my call

So i were in a call but i couldnt hear anyone but i can hear everything on my pc but  not in a call and my volume was on 100% but i couldnt hear anyone do u have any idea how i can fix it?

  im having the same problem as of 2/4/2020
  and i use a chromebook so legacy settings arent available. any fixes

  Same, they can hear me but I can't hear them. It's odd, I use the browser though so it might be that.

  Same, Ive tried 3 different platforms, Ipad, Computer and my lphone! I’ve tried many different servers, I can’t even hear the bot music in my own server, I’ve tried both app and browser, none work, i’m really hoping someone can fix this because it’s getting frustrating, this has never happened before.

  the same is happening to me it started in early February if i'm not mistaken i will talk to my friends or any people on servers i listen to them but when it detects on my microphone I don't listen to anyone else sorry for mistakes in grammar I'm from Brazil thanks
