Custom Channel Group

Allow users to select channels that are added to a custom user-only group at the top of list with selected channels.  This way it is easier to find or follow specific channels that interest the user, rather than having to scroll through large lists/groups to find specific threads.

Ex.
Top-Channels:
Channel 1 (Grouping 1)
Channel 9 (Grouping 3)
Channel 15 (Grouping 5)

Grouping 1:
    Channel 1
    Channel 2
    Channel 3

Grouping 2:
    Channel 4
...etc so forth

    This is basically what I've kept asking for - a way to create a custom list at the top of your servers of cross-server channels all in 1 place.  This way you can have a group for certain types of channels amongst all your servers.  This makes coordination massively easier, eg a group of channels about 1 event you are attending, or a group of all the food/gym channels you insist on posting pictures to, or all the notification channels you get pinged on for go-live announcements etc.

    THIS WOULD BE SO USEFUL and I really don't think it would be a large expense of resources or development to achieve
