Screen share audio really choppy/bad connection

Ever since one of the most recent updates, the screen sharing connection seems really sensitive. I could only have discord open and not be doing anything but just looking at the screen, and suddenly the video quality drops a lot, or the audio gets extremely choppy, or both. My internet is fine. So, I don't know what changed since the recent updates but it messed up something with screen sharing. Hopefully it can be looked at and fixed...cause I doubt it's me.
