new direct messages idea!!!

I have an idea for DMs (Direct Messages)! I think it would be a good idea if you could see if someone read your message if they didn't respond, so that you could know if they're ignoring you.

  Discord used to have this feature, but removing it gave so many people freedom. I would not like this feature to return.
