Control the volume of sound effects separate of other sounds.

We need to be able to control the sound effects volume separate of the rest of discord. I can't tell you how many times I get a voice call or someone leaves or enters and channel and the sound is deafening compared to everything else. 

When you have your discord turned down in windows to 50%, everyone in discord turned down to 15-50% depending. And the sound effects that come through are still deafening.
