I am having the same issue. Every time my friend streams a game for my through a discord channel, the screen eventually turns green or he disconnects. But it seems to have a lot to do with alt-tabbing out of the game he is on. I have been having this problem a lot recently and it is honestly frustrating. I hope they fix this soon as it completely ruins this feature in discord. The concept is great but as of right now the execution is sub par at best.

Also having this issue, stream eventually goes green on streams, OR the streamer disconnects from the group, OR discord crashes entirely. It doesn't seem to matter _what_ you are streaming, we've had the same results from multiple different programs

also having this issue, friend tried to show me a dog hitting a pan with a spoon, but it went green. we fixed it buy uninstalling discord, resetting the pc to factory settings, and eventually itr worked but you might have to do this 27-53 times

Most of my friends have the same problem.
No matter what settings are used for the stream (FPS/resolution)
OpenH264 video codec option doesn't help eitherA green screen may appear at any time, and the sound is working fine.
Or the discord itself reboots.1 -
A post on reddit gave an answer that worked for my buddy:
"Went to settings appearance and turned off hardware acceleration"

Having the same issue. It is chronic. Both participants (myself and my husband who are on the same network, both have nitro) experience this. It doesn't matter if I'm sharing a window or streaming, eventually the screen distorts or goes black and just disconnects me from the call. I'm returned to the call after, but i then have to restart screen share and then suffer the same fate eventually on that session. This is new behavior, started happening a month ago maybe 5 weeks ago. It's getting out of control though and growing more frequent. I am an a new PC purchased within the last month, he's on a newer machine, that is just a few months old.
