[Feature request] PowerPC Discord app (Mac OS X and Linux)

Hello everyone,

I contacted the Discord support and they suggested me to open this post.

Since there is a small Discord community who is either still using “old” Macs up to Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard or “brand new” POWER9 Linux workstations, it would be cool to support these platforms too and in general the PowerPC architecture.

PS:

Since I do not have a Linux laptop ATM, I do not know if the actual binary does work with PPC Linux or not. If yes, consider this post for the PowerPC Mac OS X support only.

    It would be great to have discord on POWER / PowerPC. Support for a wide range of computing architectures is good for both developers and costumers. I could see discord playing a big role in the POWER / PowerPC scene, maybe even kicking off a movement for PPC software support in the software industry.
